Rangatahi must be under the specific age as at January 1st, 2025
U14 - Aged 13 (born 2012) or 14 (born 2011)
U16 - Aged 15 (born 2010) or 16 (born 2009)
U18 - Aged 17 (born 2008) or 18 (born 2007)
